Fx 5 wouldn't start up at all, due to incompatibility of some Logitech hardware. Problem solved itself by restarting the computer; was unexpected though, because only minutes earlier I upgraded succesfully on other computer with same platform (Windows 7 Professional) and same Logitech hardware (Trackman Marble Mouse). Thanks anyhow and good luck!
