how i can get back my bookmarks after format ?

I have formated partition C that was have windows 7 with firefox installed as my default browsers without backup bookmarks, So how i can get back my bookmarks ? i thought i can get it back with one of recovery programs but i don't know what the file extension or name to search for ?

Try to recover one of the bookmark backup files. The file name contains the date of the backup and will be called bookmarks-yyyy-mm-dd.json and it would have been inside the bookmarkbackups folder inside the profile folder. For details of the location of that folder see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox

If you can recover one of those files, you can use it to restore the bookmarks by following the procedure in the backing up and restoring bookmarks article.
