Hi Bennetta, the forum sorted your post under Focus/iOS but it sounds as though the problem is with the traditional version of Firefox on Mac. A moderator can move this post. Meanwhile, if you look at the tab for the page up on the tab bar, does it show a little "speaker" icon? Any time a page is generating audio, that icon should appear. It works as a mute button, so if there is a red slash through the icon, sound from that tab is muted. Click the button to "unmute" the tab. If the tab is "unmuted" and you still are not getting audio out of your Mac, there might be a system audio feature to check. On Windows, it's called the Volume Mixer, but I don't know where it is on Mac. (I have to get offline so I can't search at the moment, but maybe you can find it easily.)
