When I try to sign on to Chase bank it just makes a loop back to the sign on page, it goes nowhere. I talked to my bank and they are compatible with Mozilla Firefox 45, so there shouldn't be this problem. I have already tried running it in a private window. I have also erased all cookies, cache, and history. I then restarted my browser. And lastly, YES I know my login info. LOL

I have Windows 10, 64 bit system operating on a ASUS Laptop using AT&T Uverse. I think that should be all the info needed. Any ideas? Thanks Y'all.

Soluție aleasă

I figured it out. I had turned off my password keeper inside my browser. But I had not tried totally turning off my Webroot antivirus software. When I did that, I was able to log in. So the problem is not Mozilla, but Webroot + Mozilla, because it works when it was Webroot + Chrome.
