I lost my bookmarks that sync with firefox account.
I lost everything, bookmarks, saved password & history. Firefox update automatically then i sign in into firefox sync, but nothing sync totally blank. How i get back those data (bookmarks, saved password & history).

You can restore the bookmarks from a JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.
- Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Restore
The name of a JSON bookmarks backup file includes a total item count (folders and separators included) and an hash value to prevent saving the same backup more than once.

You can try to change the password of the Sync account to reset all data stored on the Sync server.

You can check if there is a previous version of the file available.
- Right-click: Properties > Previous Versions

For the passwords you would need logins.json and key3.db
You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)
