When filling in an online form, why does my content automatically switch to all CAPS upon saving?

For our company's payroll website (https://login.payweb.ca/payweb/WFLogon.do?inv=INV1), whenever I create or modify employee information it automatically switches what I have entered to all CAPS upon saving. When I enter content originally, it is all standard "1st letter capitalized" but then switches when I hit "Save". Wondering if there is a way to fix this or if anyone has any recommendations as my OCD cannot handle the ALL CAPS. Plus its a lot of SHOUTING AND LOUD NOISES AT WORK. Thanks

Hi craigcornynelly, Does the site have a javascript call to change this automatically? Please also contact the website developer to troubleshoot this further. If this also happens in Safe Mode, best bet its in the design of the website.
