I have an old computer that can not handle new versions plus I have AOL and would like to use firefox more often but don't know how

Can we suggest any what? I'm not sure what you're asking here.

It looks like you're already using the newest versions of Firefox and Flash player, so you should be able to use YouTube just fine (even on an old Mac).
