Hi Kelly,

Can you tell us more about the problem you're currently facing? Many of our contributors are super knowledgeable on our products. You might even run into contributors who's been around for more than a decade. You're basically in a good hand with them.

That said, I know some engineers also help answer questions here sometimes.
