Firefox is asking me to save a file from https://phieglanetro.org is this a safe file?
Once in a while, while using Firefox, the screen will leave the site I'm on and go to Firefox saying "Urgent Firefox Update" and show a Download button. The fist time it showed up I attempted to download it and a screen came up that said something like "Are you sure you want to save this file, this is not a file that is normally saved." I've never seen a notice that that before so I stopped everything. The next time all this showed up, I noticed the location of the file was from https://phieglanetro.org (Specifically https://phieglanetro.org/621840596301/6ed7b4075285281789455e4f615309ba/57c5e8a2b7c80b59e7390a4538c78946.html) and that looked fishy to me so I tried to search for something related to the file but nothing pulls up. I'm just trying to find out if all this is legit stuff from Firefox or Java. None of my other computers, all running the save windows and Browsers have ever displayed this Download.

hi, this is a scam tactic that is trying to trick you into installing malware, so don't download or execute this kind of stuff just because of a popup or redirect on a website! updates are handled automatically by firefox so you don't have to download anything for that (and you can always initiate a manual check for updates in the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > about firefox).
we suspect this is coming form "malvertising" (=ads placed on legitimate websites that redirect you to this fraudulent message), so using an adblocking addon like https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/ would also help with that.
