How can I get the firefox scrollbar on the right hand side of my screen to stay?

The scrollbar appears, but it goes away with this version. I would like to have it permanently stay.

Its about MAC OS X

Goto SYSTEM PREFERENCES > GENERAL > Show Scroll Bar > Choose "Always"
