On the computer that won't connect to the site, can you connect using Internet Explorer? Just wondering whether some external software (security software, content filter, etc.) might be blocking all browsers.

Could you clear your cookies for sites that won't load? The Reset feature preserves cookies, and corrupted cookies can cause problems loading a site.

You can open a dialog to view a site's cookies using either:

• right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
• Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

In the dialog that opens, if you are not on the problem site, change the host name at the top, for example, to kohls.com (leave off the www in case the cookies are set at that base level). Then you can remove the site's cookies individually.

Then try loading the site. Does that help?

I should have asked: if you use the search bar to find the Kohl's site through your preferred search engine, can you open it from there? If so, there may be a more specific problem with your address bar.
