After upgrading to firefox 9.0, will not start. Error message says MOZCRT19.dll is missing.
Runnng Windows 7 anf Firefox 6. Upgraded to 9.0. Error message says try reinstalling to fix problem . Have tried with no success. Uninstalled all firefox programs and did a clean install with same error message appearing when I tried to start up.

I finally got it fixed by uninstalling firefox and closing my zone alarm anti virus program, and then doing a clean install.

I finally got it fixed by uninstalling firefox and closing my zone alarm anti virus program, and then doing a clean install.
Can be caused by having Virtualization enabled in ZoneAlarm Extreme Security.
Turning off virtualization is definitely the solution. By just closing zone alarm and installing firefox, I still received the error message every time I restarted the computer. Thank you cor-el
