Hey there, I am actually sorry to let you know that that add on is not supported in Firefox 57. I used to use it as well for maintenance. It depends on XUL to run, so I don't think there are any plans for it to work in the future, unless they re-develop it.

You may need to find a standalone sqlite browser in the meantime. Sorry about that!
