How do I set permissions?
I am trying to use Hello, but it won't access camera or microphone. The Help page says this will be set in the Permissions tab: but when I call it up, it says "You have not granted this site any special permissions." How do I get it to accept the camera and microphone?

Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. A window for displaying site information should come up. Select More Information. Now select Permissions. In the menu, Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
OK, that confirms that the problem is not with permissions.
I can see and hear the chap at the other end, he cannot see or hear me. We can exchange text messages just fine, which incidentally proves his audio works, since I hear the message chime at his end!
I know my microphone is working here, because I can record audio with it. I haven't found out a way to test my camera at this end, but I'm betting it works too, I just can't get Hello to see it.
Make shour the software switches are turned on. I don't use this. I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
