I first off, I started having a longing for the last version of mozilla, after the upgrade from Windows Vista 8.1 to Window 10, I downloaded an upgraded version of mozilla. After I upgraded, my master password stopped working and I've been locked out since then. My username and password is not working, forcing me to I set up a new profile to try get beyond this problem. The problem appeared when I attempted to access my existing account, which I've had over many years. I'm a student and I have lot of my valued bookmarks. The little pop-up window pops up! Yet It doesn't recognize me when I enter what I believe was master password. Since then, I have tried to Roll-back to Windows without success. Is it possible that I might recover my files and my bookmarks? I'm now feeling lost here in the New Windows 10 as well. I am in desperate need of help with resolving this matter please. It would be wonderful is someone could help me to regain access using my mozilla password. The situation seems so crazy and it seems as though I have no hope. My previous mozilla email address was ibarefruit@yahoo.com Can anyone please help me with this problem. I will be starting a new course shortly, and I would certainly like to learn if the problem can be resolved? Thank you. Anita Poole
