Unfortunetly Sync is not intended for multiple accounts, but it can be done through a bit of meddleing.

First delete your Cache, its probably much larger than the rest of your profile. Then Copy your profile to a flash drive and then transfer to the other Firefox installation . If you have more than one profile that you do, then you repeat for each. This link might help:

Firefox does not run on iPhones however (not properly any how). Maybe you are just asking a question about email accounts or something.
