SMS Issues
This is brand new phone I am using it from two days and this is the strange problem related to SMS messaging:
1) Not received: Sometimes I do not receive the message sent by someone. It happens many times 2) No Alert: I never get an alert about any incoming message. When I open messages then suddenly it will show all messages.
So my friends send me SMS messeges but I never seem to receive them and even if I receive some then the only way to know is to open messages because you never get alerts.
I am using Intex Cloud FX (software version: Intex_Cloud_FX_V07)

Hello,
Let's try a soft reset of the device to see if it helps. Maybe opening the Messages app and keeping it open will help. Please also check to make sure that volume is turn up to maximum.
- Take the back cover of the phone off.
- Take the battery out.
- Take the SIM card and microSD card out (if applicable).
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Put the SIM card and microSD card back in (if applicable).
- Put the battery back in.
- Put the back cover back on.
- Turn the device on.
- Check if the issue you were having is still present.
