The problem began when I was browsing Google maps through Firefox, it gave the prompt to view it through the Google maps app instead. Google maps needed an update, I was on low data mode, I got impatient and canceled that update, then somehow Firefox wasn't allowing me to finish a sentence in the search bar afterwards. Now it doesn't let me open new tabs, exit out of already open tabs, or access the browser settings without freezing for 3 seconds and going to the home screen.

I've updated Firefox to version 139.2, I've searched for some crash log information for iPhone 11 and didn't understand it too well (one suggested to search from Privacy and Security->Analytics and Improvements->Analytics data and to search for "client" but got nothing). I couldn't figure out what more to do with the app from my home screen or settings, I turned my phone off and on yesterday yet it still happened. Any advice would be appreciated, I'm not experienced with technical things and don't want to risk having my bookmarks or passwords be erased in any way.

IOS version is 18.4.1 if that helps.

Whenever I’m in a tab where I searched something and I click the three dots the app crashes and closes making it impossible to save bookmarks and etc when having a tab open. But when I’m on the home page it works fine. This is only a problem on my iPad since I first installed the app. My iPad is on the newest iOS update and so is Firefox, also have the latest iPad.

The browser constantly crashes to desktop, it constantly loses passwords and has to be reinstalled and for some reason the developers chose to make it download images in the webp format which iOS doesn’t render properly so images are always blurry, and they also chose to give the user no way to change that stupid decision by the devs. Are you ever going to add the about:config option so that the users can at least make the adjustments the devs refuse to make?
