Drag and drop does not work
Is there a way to edit the template to show just the subject title and the date? Or at least show those items first?

We use an external system for our general day to day business, which has links on the customer details for email. This launches Thunderbird, and puts the email add. in the to field. Is there a way I can get thunderbird to use a template when it receives this command from the external program? The address changes each time, but I want to use the same template to speed up a process.
