When i open my VPN and press "Get Started" it took me to a page to sign in, after i signed in and pressed continue, it took me to a page where it told me to start using my VPN, but when i open my VPN panel t still says get started

Italy as a location server was available up to November 2nd, so it can't be related to the summer's limited VPN rollout. Why this change now? I haven't changed anything on my profile, and my Forefox is up to date, so it's nothing to do with me.

Recently, i saw an ad for Firefox that said that now you guys have your own VPN, i downloaded it on my phone and it works just fine. Seeing that, i decided to use it on my PC too (Windows 11), that had Firefox installed but it wasnt being used. I logged in with the same account from my phone and did all the steps to set everything up, but the option to use the VPN just isnt there. I looked up what that could be but after following every step given, it seems everything is in order for it to work but it doesnt. My firefox is updated, im not part of any studies, my country is included in the VPN stuff, and theres no configuration stopping it from being able to work, so i dont understand whats going on. Ive used other VPNs on this PC a few times and it works. This is a bummer because the VPN was the only thing drawing me to this browser and this feature was marketed a lot on social media.

While using your VPN service, Facebook warned me that my login appeared to originate from Iran or India, even though I had specifically selected a U.S. server.

This raises serious concerns about the reliability and security of your VPN service. When I select a U.S. location, I expect my connection to appear as originating from the United States, not from another country.

Your VPN service is clearly not functioning as expected. I would appreciate an explanation of why Facebook detected my connection as coming from Iran or Pakistan despite my U.S. server selection.

I live in Belgium. I turned on Firefox VPN (indicating Belgium as the country) and logged into Facebook. Facebook then sent me a message asking if I had logged in from Iran. Is this a Facebook issue, a VPN issue, or something to be worried about?

Hello, On two devices now I have set up fire fox and on both devices I am not able to set up the in browser vpn as when I try it takes me to the page to sign with the Mozilla account it says its done and gives me further instructions but I cannot complete them as the vpn add-on stays at the sign in UI with no update after. Windows 11 on both devices

Hello, I used to have the VPN button but now I don't. I'm on Firefox v158.0 in the USA, on my personal laptop (so no enterprise policies to interfere). Here's what I've tried:

• Customize toolbar: no, the icon isn't in there either
• Start Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode
• Refresh Firefox
• Ensure "Allow Firefox to improve features, performance, and stability between updates" is on
• Sign out and back in to my Mozilla/Firefox account

I miss this feature already because it makes me feel better about using public wifi. What else can I try?
