I have been using Firefox for a long time to access Aldi. Now it goes to the login page, but will not let me input my email or phone number. The word Aldi is in its place and will not let me input anything. I can't even get rid of the name Aldi from it. I can use Edge with no problem at all, but I don't use Edge. What could be my problem with FireFox? I've tried all the troubleshooting tricks I can find online, but nothing works. Aldi, which is tied with Instacart informed me that it was a problem with Firefox. The actual website for Aldi is listed below. Please advise.

I am unable to access email or sign in to optonlinei.net. I opened a ticket with Mozilla support #447010, they responded and I can open the email. A couple of error messages; 431 request header field too large, the application is having trouble connecting to the server..The layout has changed since this update, bookmarks have move some where, start up has changed, clicking Firefox no longer brings up email sign info. Something has really messed something up that once was so nice and convenient. May someone can help or correct. I am running windows 11 on a hp desk top and have run Firefox four years.

What the hell has happened to the support environment? I've tried to resolve two big issues recently, and I can't find anything of value. I've lost the ability to pin an extension to the toolbar after losing my entire profile on this computer, tabs and all, using Tab Manager. I can't find a way to recover the profile, so I've given up on that. Now I can't get my most-used extensions back on the toolbar.

I have a certain website that I can no longer sign into. I have always been able to sign in to it, but I can no longer. It loads, but won't allow me to input my login information anymore. I can use another browser and have no problem logging in.

I took advantage of Tab Groups to organize my work by Client (saving and closing tab groups is great to save memory and still get back to where I was later on). You now came up with the 'Containers' functionality, so I want to separate work from personal stuff. I tried but found that you can't move a whole Tab Group to a Container, you have to move individual tabs and that causes them to be duplicated - a copy stays where it was and a copy is set inside the Container. It would now be great if you had an option to add the whole Tab Group to a Container (similar to how you can add tabs to Tab Groups) instead of doing by tab. Hopefully you can add this functionality on the next version. Can you add an option to move a complete Tab Group to a Container (option by right-click)?

Does resetting your primary password in Thunderbird only delete the usernames and passwords in Thunderbird or does it also delete the usernames and passwords in Firefox?

After clearing my cache, I got logged out of all of my accounts, and I can no longer sign into Google. When I enter my username it gives me a message that says “Couldn’t sign you in: this browser may not be secure. Try using a different browser.” I was able to log in using Chrome so it’s definitely not a device issue. I already tried clearing my cookies and cache again, and disabling all of my browser extensions, but I’m still getting the same message. Any help is appreciated!

Trying to download a QFX file to an account in my Quicken Classic file. I have done it 100's of times without issue. Now Firefox is downloading the file as a PDF not a QFX. How do I correct the error? Instead of the data from the bank downloading to my Quicken account, this shows on my screen. "PDF VIEWER PLUS SE" "CANNOT OPEN FILE C:/users/herb/downloads/transactions-68.qfx" How can I fix this?

The VIEW tab in my Firefox will/can read some links and articles to me. It is wonderful.Choosing 'READER VIEW' in the VIEW tab. But some it does not. I'm hoping some AI will have this feature.- speaking it to me. Thanks.

Hello! Since the latest update to Firefox (153, I believe) my Firefox has not worked. It starts up perfectly fine, but quickly freezes, becomes non-responsive, and needs to be closed. No matter how many times I attempt to open it, the same thing occurs. There’s been been occasions where it hasn’t frozen immediately so I have been able to turn off hardware acceleration as well as remove my theme and disable all my add-ons/extensions, but this has done nothing. Creating a new profile does not help, nor does trying Safe Mode: the same thing happens no matter what. I tried to reinstall the update, but this also did nothing. I haven’t yet tried to uninstall & reinstall or do a Firefox refresh as those are my last resorts and I won’t do them unless I’m sure they’ll make a difference. I haven’t downloaded any new extensions recently, and this only started happening after the most recent update. I’m not sure what else I can try at this point, and am very frustrated.

It seems that Firefox has lost the ability to clear cookies on exit without also clearing history. This affects the current version, 153, but I started observing it a few versions back, maybe around 148.

In Settings -> Privacy and Security, if I select "Clear cookies and site data every time you close Firefox", this automatically enables "Clear history when Firefox closes". If I unselect the latter, the former also becomes unselected.

I would like to clear site cookies and data whenever I close Firefox, but not browsing history. I'm sure this used to be possible in the past. Is it an intended change that this is no longer possible, or is it a mistake?

I have extensive bookmark collections organized under my bookmarks toolbar. I use different bookmark sets at home and work. I need them remain separate but would like them to be backed up and synced. For example, if I'm at home, I want to be able to toggle over to my WORK bookmarks with all the latest updates. Basically, I need distinct bookmark identities but don't care about keeping other work/home stuff isolated.

I tried making home and work profiles, but syncing them to my Mozilla account merged the bookmarks which was a mess that took a long time to straighten out.

Can 2 profiles be synced to the same Mozilla account without merging bookmarks toolbars? If I have to create a separate Mozilla account for each profile, that kind of defeats the purpose.

I've looked at the available docs but can't see a fix. Can someone advise how I can either:

A) Sync multiple profiles (with bookmarks) to my Mozilla account without merging the bookmarks toolbars B) Find another solution to let me toggle bookmark sets.

I use nyt.com to assess my account with Firefox. lately, it has been very slow to load and when i click on an article, it is very slow to load.
