After Firefox updated my browser version to 129.0, my username and password no longer work on my credit card website. I contacted tech support at the credit card banking site through a live phone call. I told them about the upgrade and also that I can use Firefox on my iPhone to login successfully. I don't know what version is currently on my iPhone but it does work there. This problem is specifically on my Mac Mini. I also can login using same password and username on the Mac through Safari. Their tech support said the problem is with that version (129.0) Firefox web browser. What say you? Thanks.

Hola, como siempre uso firefox cada vez que formateo mi pc, esta vez lo formatie e instale firefox como siempre, cuando entre con mi cuenta, no tenia ningun bookmarks, ni favoritos, ni el tema, ni las contraseñas guardadas ni el historial ni nada, espere un rato para ver si se sincronizaba como siempre, y nada, llevo mas de 2 horas y aun no se sincronizan mis datos, por cierto, llevo años usando firefox como navegador principal y usando mi cuenta, y siempre q formateaba nunca tuve problema, siempre recuperaba mis datos al usar mi cuenta de firefox, alguna solucion? no pillo ninguna por internet, y las "posibles soluciones que pille" no funcionaron, gracias de antemano.

Running Firefox on macOS Sequoia 15.0. Afternoon of Tuesday, 8 October, Firefox abruptly ceased loading any pages. I eventually learned of the malware incident and downloaded Firefox 131.0.2 last night and overwrote the existing file. It worked for a brief moment, then also ceased functioning. Have downloaded 131.0.2 several times now, with no further success. Currently dead in the water with Firefox, and stuck with Safari. :(

Wireless cursor just gone after this last update. Changed the battery and all the usual tap, blow on it, no luck. Purchased a new mouse from amazon and no improvement. I found an article to fix this but cannot find what they refer to or understand the names used. I am just there saying, the what? go were?

I have dealt with this tiny font problem before but did not retain the fix because I actually thought I had solved the problem once and for all.

BUT, I wake up this morning, having made no changes to this laptop overnight, only to discover that the fonts on my Firefox browser controls are tiny tiny tiny.

I expect Firefox/Mozilla to resolve this LONG-STANDING problem once and for all. I have made no changes to this browser in the last 24 hours. There were two MS updates that occurred overnight, but I doubt this affected the fonts on the Firefox application.

If there is a straightforward FF/Mozilla doc that addresses this problem (since it is recurring and well documented by others over the years), I would appreciate a link to this document. And if there is a known problem with certain MS updates I would appreciate knowing about this as well.

How do I keep the Menu bar on Firefox from disappearing? When I used Firefox the menu bar showing my tabs, website url, etc was always visible in full screen. Now it disappears when I scroll down and I have to bring it back with my mouse to keep it visible. Is there a way to feel it visible full time? I can't find it in the settings menu and I have never had this problem before.

I can no longer sign in to Last Pass on Firefox but can sign in on Chrome. I've been a loyal Firefox user for years. I don't want to switch to another browser. How can I fix this?

Does MacOS requires the version 131.0.2 Firefox update to address the recent zero-day active exploit?

The reason I ask is Tanium Deploy Software Gallery only includes updates to Windows Firefox versions to address this zero-day.

Dear Friends. Trust this finds you well. I have a AOL icon in the taskbar/Bookmarks that's below the browser enter window. When I sign in all is well and then sign out of AOL all is well. But, it takes me to a totally white blank page in the upper left corner it says "Edge: Not Found." As well in the upper right corner AOL offers Home and RALPH If I tick on HOME it brings me again to the totally white blank page in the upper left corner it says "Edge: Not Found." The address in the Browser is https://www.aol.com/ automatically. If I tick RALPH which opens a small box so that I can Sign out. Again though it show "Edge: Not Found." At that point the address in the Browser is https://www.aol.com/?ncid=crosssellusaolc00000003. I reinstalled Mozilla, cleared cookies, cache, etc. But, nothing seems to change this activity. I have Firefox as my desktop default browser. When I try to make on line pharmacy appointments, Firefox will not complete the process. I am forced to use Edge or Chrome. Could this be a Firefox problem or a Rite Aid problem? Thank you.

I have a valid account with the San Francisco Chronicle. When I log in using Firefox 131.0.2 (aarch64) on my Macbook Pro Apple M1 Max Sonoma 14.6.1 the Chronicle site doesn't appear. It works fine using other browsers, for example Safari.

The Video Downloadhelper that I have in my computer is active when I open my Firefox browser. When I switch or open the YouTube tab, the icon becomes inactive and I cannot download any music from YouTube. What can I do and is there any solution for this?

Firefox won't let me add credit card info. The "SAVE" button just set there and nothing happens. I'm on FreeBSD 14.1 and I'm using Firefox 131.0. It also would auto-fill the credit card info, but when I clicked on it. It went blank.
