I'm on version 148.0, dragging tabs stopped working, not on horizontal and not on vertical tabs I've tried to create a help ticket for it but apparently the help form just does nothing and doesn't send when I click submit Anyone else experience any of these issues? And how can you contact Mozilla even?

When firefox releases an update I find out when I try to use my browser for something. Im on the fly paying a bill and I want to get it done but oh its firefox update time and I dont have an instant choice stop that. I have first tell my security system that I dont want to make changes to my software at this moment I wanbt to use the browser for something important to Me. But still firefox wont let me. I have to wait till it processes my denial then comes the irritatin popup about download or dismiss and I have to respond to that wasting more critial moments for me then after a few more precious to me moments firfox will open and let me use it. This irritates the hell out of me and the worst part is if I dont waste more of my time performing the update when firefox chooses it will shanghai my browser all over again every time until I update. The worst thing is sometimes updates comie in rapid succession. Major irritation. How do I stop this? whats the work around here? I want to up date when it suits me not when it suit firefox.

i looked up lots questions and solution. nothings seems to work. i did all Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems. cleared cache, restarted firefox, refreshed. everything I could do. nothing works.

could you tell me what else I can try?

I asked on 11 January 2026 Help for finding back my cookies. Got an answer by e-mail, but this disn't help to find my cookies and so I cannot manage these. Who can tell me please where I can find all my cookies? Thanks in advance. Regards Theo Koeppen

Suddenly today when I tried to use facebook, already logged in, I got the message "Account Temporarily Unavailable. Your account is currently unavailable due to a site issue. We expect this to be resolved shortly. Please try again in a few minutes." Yet facebook works fine on Safari and Chrome.

I cleared my settings, except cookies, turned off extensions and restarted firefox which did not help.

I cannot reactivate spell check as I type, with English dictionary and the thick box ticked. Previously I could not get rid of spell check in my 2nd language (Turkish) but as I have managed, now I cannot restore spell check in English.

Can anyone help please?

Should I delete and reinstall Firefox? If I do will I lose my bookmarks?

I am using 140 ESR version on linux with Cloudflare's DNS over HTTPS and with DOH active for some reason resolving a domain like d3oklwo3y1bx83.cloudfront.net will resolve to local host IP 127.0.0.1.

I am using firefox about:networking#dnslookuptool to test resolution of the domain d3oklwo3y1bx83.cloudfront.net Both with DOH on and off the resolution remains local host. I tried another browser on the same workstation and I was able to receive a resolution of 13.225.193.203 13.225.193.133 13.225.193.64 13.225.193.58 Why is firefox ESR not able to resolve that domain? What are causes ?

I am using 147 ESR and when I go to permissions and block all cookies for the site plex.tv the cookies are not blocked. If I go to the URL field and select the lock, it shows "clear cookies and site data" which means the cookies have being accepted.

Why are the cookies accepted from the site when I have set cookies "blocked"

Hi, how can i sync my account but i have no access to my e mail because it got deleted? I am still able to log into firefox but now it doesnt let me sync. i deleted my email because it disconnected everytime i tried to login to the firefox browser the password was invalid.
