How do I find/recover my contacts postal details which I have entered on my m/c ??

I have forgotten how to access the postal details of an extensive list of contacts and cannot see any appropriate items in the drop down menus on my bt yahoo home screen or on the home page for firefox. I recently moved from Vista to Windows 7 ( hooray !!!)
