Emails sometimes send and sometimes don't
For a week or so I have had problems when sending emails. I get two different error messages depending on how it feels - see attached. And then sometimes it sends them with no problem, or after one or two attempts. Other times it takes many, many attempts. I have not changed anything and in fact do not change anything for the emails to eventually go. I cannot understand what the problem is if it sometimes works and sometimes does not if I have not changed anything. It is making my work almost impossible. Please help.

This is not a Thunderbird issue; it is an account issue. I suggest you pursue this with your email provider. They can explain their rate limiting on their resource use.
