NEW UPDATE - Didn't solve - Ebay does not work with Firefox 74.0 (Windows)
'Hi, is this a known issue? Ebay will not render inside my Firefow browser.
Still looks like some parts of the page don't load, tried all the individual line items in 'page info' without success.
Seems to forget that the security was overwritten.

What a coincidence -- your connection is using the same filter as mine.
Does eBay display correctly in Edge and any other browsers on your system -- without having to disregard warnings?
If so, you could switch Firefox over from using its own certificate store to using the Windows system certificate store shared by other browsers. Here is the setting for that:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste enterp and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the security.enterprise_roots.enabled preference to switch the value from false to true
However, if your other browsers have come down with the same issue, you could send your IT this information:

If you having issues with ebay not loading, try turning off enhanced privacy protection for the site.
With all due respect, why would I ever want to do this? If I wanted to be stalked across the internet, I'd just use Chrome.
Here is the eBay link where tech support talks about turning off Enhanced Protection. I just tried it and it fixed my problem with Firefox 80.x
