Films on chat on facebook don't start
Hi everyone!
I have strange issue with firefox recently. I can't load any videos my friends send me on facebook (in chat). There is just white window and a play button, after hitting which of course nothing happens. It looks like in the image below. Everywhere else films work fine. I tried to reinstall firefox (versions aurora, beta, stable) all with manual deleting Mozilla folders from AppData. Moreover, i tried to reinstall flash, also with manual cleaning. None of this actions solved the problem. On Chrome or Edge i don't have such a problem.
What should i do to get it working? Thanks for answers.

Is the HTML5 media player used or is the Shockwave Flash plugin used?
You can check via the right-click context menu of the player area what type of media player is used. A Flash based player shows a context menu with the Flash version.
Are there any error messages in the Web Console or the Browser Console that could be related to this issue?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
It is probably HTML5 player, as i don't see any information about Flash in context menu. Safe mode doesn't help.
Screenshots from WebConsole and BrowserConsole are included in the image. There is some problem with MP4 decoding i think.
The screenshot shows a problem with decoding an MP4 file as you can see by the two messages about Facebook.
- Media Resource https://video-waw1-1.xx.fbcdn.net/ ... could not be decoded
So how to fix that issue? As i said, on different browsers this error does not occure.
Does anybody know how to fix that issue?
