It automatically sent and crash report the code or whatever it is called is: bp-e938223e-786d-47ed-a60d-e10952161125 after it told me Firefox crashed it said it would try to save things (not exact words) and gave me the option to restart or close Firefox I choose restart - what I got was internet explore goggle homepage - it is what I used to use. I tried to get FireFox back nothing there went google firefox and it gave me the last version and referred to me as a new user

I want to get FireFox back it has all my latest stuff (Personal as well as work) not to mention passwords

Hi, try starting Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down Shift when you start it. It's possible one of your extensions (McAfee WebAdvisor or Norton Security Toolbar) is causing the crash - Add-ons Manager (Ctrl+Shift+A) > Extensions. To exit Safe Mode just close and restart Firefox. Info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.
