When I search for a previous email only a couple of days old, the search only allows years 2023 and before. It won't retrieve any 2024 emails. How can I correct the retrieval dates to include 2024?

My accent colour for my PC is a kind of lime green which I like. The blue of Mozilla Thunderbird worked really well with that green. The recent update has changed the colour of Thunderbird to a bright lime green which I really don't like. Is there anyway of keeping my PC accent colour whilst reverting Thunderbird to it's traditional blue colour please?

I cannot use Firefox due to this error message. What do I do now?

I'm not understanding just what would happen if I cancel my cable service (don't watch TV) and go to strictly streaming services, that I'm using now exclusively anyway. Can you help my poor confused brain function again???

I only have a few tabs open at any one time, usually only one or two. I only have adblock plus and bitwarden as extensions. But when I open firefox desktop, even before I've navigated to any page, it is using a few hundred MB to almost a GB of memory.

Not long ago all my search queries starting showing up in French instead of my default language English.

Every time I click Change to English I get taken to Google's Search Settings with NO indication where to make English the Default language. When I click Parametre de langue I am taken to the Google Search Settings - Language and region. Here I change Language of display to English...., but when I close the window and start up again it jumps right back to French.

It's driving me nuts!

Every day I get a pop up regarding a new update. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH .

HOW DO I STOP THIS PERMANENTLY AS I PREFER NOT TO GO BACK TO CHROME. IT SEEMS THAT YOU GET OFF BY SENDING OUT THESE UPDATE NOTICES, EVEN THOUGH I DO UP DATE JUST TO GET YOU OFF MY BACK!!

every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

When using PowerSchool, there are lots of students with addresses listed, in the various forms. Every time we leave the page, if we edited anything, Mozilla asks if we want to save the address. This is verified to be Mozilla when we click on the 3 dots for settings, and it takes us to the Autofill and Save Adresses box that is clearly unchecked.

In the Privacy and Security settings, we have unchecked the boxes for saving and filling addresses, as well as auto-filling form information.

What else do we need to disable to get it to stop asking to save addresses for every single student we need to modify in PowerSchool (and probably for other sites as well)?

When I start up Mozilla, my browser reads, "https://hp-search.com/?path=firefox/newtab&u=9dc0c90355bb6762&subid=11119&channel=default".

I've gone to "Add-on and themes"/"Extensions" and under "Enabled" I don't see anything related the "hp-search" extension. I've also gone to "Control Panel" / "Programs" / "Uninstall Programs" and the only HP related software on my computer is for a printer. Finally, I've gone to "Settings"/ "Programs" / "Installed Apps" (and also "Default Apps") and seen no reference to HP (again with the exception to my HP printer).

Any help on the above would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help. Jim.
