Missing bookmarks and passwords
I installed the latest version of Firefox browser and now my bookmarks and passwords are gone.How can I get them back or can I go back to before the update to the previous version to get everything back. I'm disabled and I rely on my computer to stay in touch with everything and I can't remember all my bookmarks and passwords. I tried one method from the website and it said that I had 11 bookmarks but it didn't restore them. Anybody that can help I would greatly appreciate it.

That's great news! Well except for not recovering the passwords. See here for steps to recover the passwords from the profile folder: https://mzl.la/3kbzrLb .
I am using a Mac so I am not entirely sure how the steps work as it is mainly applicable to Windows. If you're using a Mac, do tell so I can try to find the alternative steps.

Hi Bithiah,Just wanted to let you know that all my passwords,usernames and websites showed up the next day when I started up firefox again.Is there a way to save all that information on my computer?So that I can print it out in case everything gets lost permantly?Thanks a million for everything you've been a big help.
I am glad I could be of some help! Well I recommend you to export your bookmarks and passwords and store them somewhere safe. So let's say the same issue of disappearance of bookmarks & passwords happens again, you can just import the files from earlier.

You can certainly print out the files but I think that would be unnecessary but it's solely up to you. I would recommend you to keep the files in a USB stick.
