cannot order online or accept/send e-transfer
trying to accept an e-transfer. bank says it is the browser. also trying to pay bills/ order online. Won't work.

I'm trying to accept an e-transfer from my bank and it won't let me complete it. I called them and they said it was an issue with firefox and that it won't work until the problem is fixed with this browser. i've never had an issue until the browser recently updated. I can't process any online orders. I go to checkout and it won't work. can't proceed with the order

Is the issue still there or not ?
Yes, still having an issue.
Can you please create a new Profile https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles and see if still have the issue then.
If not need to get your passwords/bookmarks out of the old profile and into the new one.
