Hotkeys on Youtube don't work normal with russian layout

On YouTube i can use shift + > or shift + < to change speed of playback. In Firefox these hotkeys work only if i use english language layout (os Windows 10). If i change it to russian it doesn't work.

In other browsers (Vivaldi or Edge) i have no this problem.
