I can't set up an account I put in my information and the box on the screen states it is working but never sets up an account for me How can I fix this?

Can you login to the Firefox account via this website?
You can check the about:sync-log page via the location/address bar to see if there are recent error logs available.
You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
No i can't sign in since i don't have an account i clicked on create an account and enter my email address and a password and clicked create account and it has a spinning circle and then a red working box drops down and that is all that happens Thank you for your help
Make sure that you do not block the cookies that are used for the Firefox Sync websites.
Make sure you allow cookies for the accounts.firefox.com domain if you aren't allowing cookies generally or use extensions that deal with cookies. Various data is stored in localStorage and sessionStorage, so make sure DOM storage is enabled and working.
Thank you for your help I appreciate it I was able to set up an account on my laptop can I sync my firefox account on a tablet that is running windows 10? It is a tablet but it is more like a computer then a tablet
