Did you connect to Sync on that "new system"? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-sync-my-computer#w_connect-additional-devices-to-sync

If you happened to reset your Sync Password before [or as you were] connecting to Sync on that "new system", your data is gone. The Password is the "key" for your data and without the original "key" your data is useless - it can't be decrypted.
