Firefox left message" Stopped Working" on my Windows Laptop
After an inadvertent power off my Firfox on laptop try to start but finally leave message 'Firefox Stopped Working" with comment "A problem cause the program to stop working correctly, Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Have received nothing from Window.
On question is if I un-install Fireefox on my laptop can a download Firefox to a memory stick on my Mac , transfer it to memory on my laptop, and then install it? Or what do you recommend?

Did you try to start Firefox again normally? If you get an error that Firefox is already running, please see this article: "Firefox is already running but is not responding" error - How to fix.
Or if nothing happens or you get a different error, maybe this will help: Firefox won't start - find solutions.
If those suggestions don't help, could you try starting Firefox in its Safe Mode? Hold the shift key down when double-clicking the icon, then click the "Start in Safe Mode" button when you get the small dialog.
Can you get Firefox going again?
Still have problem. On problem is that I have to use your sit on a Mac and they answers are confused.
It appears I will have to reinstall but can I download Firfox onto a memory stick on Mac and the use memory stick to transfer to laptop memory and then insta..?
Hi Masenten, in this site's knowledge base, there is a little operating system and Firefox version selector a couple inches down from the top of the page, to the right of the large Firefox logo.
