somehow an extension called Bing Bar was installed, and i cant uninstall it, only disable. any ideas?

i have 2. Bing Bar from toolbar.msn.com and Search Helper Extension from Microsoft. i never even went to those sites much less wanted to install that BS. anyone got any advice?

The uninstaller doesn’t give you the option of only removing it from browser

START then Control Panel then Programs and Features then select Bing Bar from the listed programs and right-click and select Uninstall then follow the steps in the Bing Bar uninstaller.
