Since the most recent Firefox update, when I go to youtube, I get audio but no video. ???

When I go to youtube and click on a video to watch, I get the audio, but no picture/video pane opens, so I get sound but no image(s). ??????

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Adoregon here. Following Cor-el's advice I cleared the cache and removed the cookies. Youtube is working properly again. Thanks a lot.

For me it's working again but do nothing, only restart my computer.
