My firefox 4 beta 10 has been slow to load tried all the remedies in the help forum but nothing worked.What i have done is, to install Firefox Preloader available from C/Net and it works. Where first start up could take upto 25 seconds now it only takes between 7-10 seconds.
Just after your post, Firefox started behaving normaly, but I have kept the info from your post in case it happens again. Thanks.
Firefox Preloader has been known to cause many problems for some Firefox users. It's a band-aid for the problems being discussed in this thread.
