SOME email does not open unless I move it to Spam & then open it.WHY?

Some emails just display a BLANK page when I try to open it.I go back to inbox & try again & the same thing happens.However if I move it to the Spam folder & try to open it,I WILL get the message.

How is that related to Firefox support? Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
