I have been able to block popups except those sent by firefox (i.e. Nexflix-Mozilla Firefox). When I try to check to see if Firefox is an exception to blocking firefox, I am unable to click on “exceptions”, it will not open so I can look at the list. It appears to be preparing to open, but stops before opening.

Is there another way to block Firefox ads? Why does Firefox send these popups? Firefox should not be sending popups without a way to stop them.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== Sometime between firefox v 3.0 and present 3.6.3

Well, this is the writer/questioner again. It is truly amazing that no one cares about these little problems that plague me, and probably many others. This is the third time I have written with a problem, and now the third time I have received no answer. It just seems that someone over there, who has some ability or intelligence could at least tell me: 1) you don't understand my question or 2) no one can figure out what to do about it, since it is a common question.

Since I have had no answers from anyone, I assume I have stumped you, and that even the most intelligent persons who read these questions really don't have a clue as to what this program is capable of doing or not doing. That's very sad and really very surprising. When I have had a problem, I always at least knew where to look for an answer. And certainly I would communicate that I was busy looking for it.

What's going on over there? Is anyone there? Hello? Just do not close this question before I get an answer.

Please help. This is totally ridiculous, and I am tired of all these ads. Do you need money to answer the question? Maybe I missed that. If so, please let me know your price. Thanks.

I have the same problem and agree totally. Can't find an answer to it. I'm ready to use another browser but if what I understand is right that your goal is promote browser wars & not gain users. Well, then, I might be gone.

I know what you mean, Lelia. I'm on board with that. No one seems to even know what I am talking about!!! Sorry you are having the problem, but glad to know I am not the only one. Do you know what browser you will switch to?
