Images on certain sites won't load (404) on mobile

Hello,

I've been having problems with loading images on Oracle's tutorial pages. The one below is just an example, but none of them work for these tutorials. Strangely I had the same issue on Fedora linux, but factory reset resolved the issue. Unfortunately deleting cache and data on mobile app helped nothing. I checked permissions I thought could be related but nothing seems to change.

Why am I able to load the images on pc, but here I get 404?`
