I am attempting to change my secondary email address with the intent to make my new email the primary email. I have removed the old secondary email, but when I try to add the email address that I want. I get an error message saying that the email already exists. I note that in the Firefox account dialog the secondary email address is blank.

I did sign up for Firefox VPN using the email address that I'd like to use and so that's a possible reason. I just don't know how to fix it. Note; I'm no longer planning to use Firefox VPN. I wonder if perhaps there's a way to cancel/delete that account.
