How do you check on your payment info? I received an email from Mozilla saying my payment had failed (which it should not have done).

Following the instructions on Mozilla support to update my VPN subscription, I went:

open vpn > manage account > ... then there is NO option to 'Click Manage next to Subscriptions' ... AT ALL

Hi there.

Can you explain in more detail what happens when you open the app and click on manage account?

The normal flow is that you will need to sign into your Firefox Account then it will take you to the Firefox accounts menu page. Next to subscriptions it will have "manage" like the attached image.

Now if you logged into your Firefox account and you don't see the subscriptions section, it may be that you used a different email address when you signed up for it. Firefox Account users who dont have the VPN will not see that subscription option on that page.

In order to help you further I would need some personal information, which is a big no no on a public forum like this. I am going to send you a private message through your account here to let you know how to get in touch with the paid support agents who can better assist with looking up your subscription and fixing any issues there.
