Problem with newest version of Firefox for Android

When I started Firefox on my Android phone this evening I had a message that Firefox had been updated. I went to the Facebook website and I tried to post a photo but it won't let me. I've never had this problem before with the old versions of Firefox. When I click on the photo icon on Facebook, it opens up the two boxes - one for a photo and one for a video. When I click on the photo plus sign in the box, it does nothing. It's supposed to open my photos on my phone so I can decide which one to upload, but it's not working any longer.

Is there some kind of a setting that needs to be changed? In fact, when I hit the browse button below this text box to post a photo from my photo album, it won't open the photo album in my phone to do that either. It seems like Firefox can no longer find the path to the photos on my phone.

I found that I had to go into Firefox app settings on Android and allow access to my camera for some reason to give access to my photos, which I don't like.

I don't like the idea of my browser having access to my camera.
