Mozila VPN in Singapore but Not available to Philippines

I've been looking forward to the Mozilla VPN in the Philippines and I see it is already available in Singapore. Singapore is the choice location for all things web related for use in the Philippines. This is partly because it avoids Hong Kong congestion and also because it affords fast access to the western world. Almost nobody hosts services in the Philippines. Submarine cables between the Philippines and Singapore are also underutilized. With my current $5 Linode pfsense VPNs I generally see upto 100ms RTT added when accessing local resources via the VPN.

Would it be possible for someone to look into the feasibility of opening up access to the service from the Philippines as I believe the use case is the only likely scenario make this a possibility in the future.

Thanks for the fast response. I'm on the waitlist and I'm fairly confident that without the utilization of Singapore, the Philippines will never be added as an available region. My question relates to considering Singapore as an acceptable VPN hosting location to allow people in the Philippines access to the service.
