I cant get a site to populate for a class, even though I set up an exception

Hello... I enjoy Fire fox and use it all the time as my preferred browser.. I have taken a few online classes at www.netacad.com ( Cisco Systems) and often many elements of the classes appear unusable or blocked, or does not even recognize me being logged in to the site and will not open the course.

What needs set in the privacy tab to keep cookies and tracking to a min and let this course appear in full, please?
