Is there a keyboard shortcut to access the menu button and add-on extensions button (top right of toolbar, not the menu bar)?

locking as a duplicate of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1250243

I'd like to know if there is a shortcut to toggle the "3-bar" menu button and extension button section of the toolbar. F6 only selects the address bar. Then hitting Tab only moves over to the search bar, and hitting Tab again just toggles through page elements. For instance, in Google Chrome what I am trying to accomplish would be done by hitting Alt and then left-arrow until I've selected the extension button I am looking for (or by hitting F6 and "tabbing" to the right to get to the toolbar buttons). In Mozilla, the only way I find I can access the extension functions or the "3-bar" button is with the mouse.

Only changes that can do that would be the use of "userChrome.css" edits to make those changes.
