I'm in a specific place in a webpage where I went through the use of an HTML anchor (#mysection),

When I ask to refresh the page, with the anchor contained in the URL, the browser refresh the page but don't scroll to the anchor location as requested.

This is expected behaviour (not a bug).

If you want to go to the anchor after reloading, select the page address by clicking on the URL bar and press Enter.
