I like firefox but I will quit using it all together if it doesnt stop forcing me to update flash and firefox and all the other BS my old computers dont do this

For application updates, please see this article: Advanced panel - Accessibility, browsing, network, updates, and other advanced settings in Firefox.
Firefox may block old insecure Flash versions from being used, but you aren't forced to update Flash if you don't need it.

If you are willing to take the risk then you can disable the blocklist.
