When loading a page, I have two add-ons filtering the page (adblock an request policy). The behaviour is not the same depending on the version of Firefox. In older versions, the page is filtered by adblock, then only remaining links are filtered by Request policy (basically adblock is executed before Request policy). In current version, request policy is executed before adblock. Is there a way to control which add-on is executed first when they are working on the same items?

You can try to uninstall both extensions and reinstall them to see if you can find a order that works.

You can try to edit the extensions.ini file in the Firefox profile folder and reorder the list of the extensions.

You can use this button to go to the currently used Firefox profile folder:

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Show Folder (Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder)

Note that this list can change at any time when you install a new extension. Don't know what happens with an update.
